The first edition of TheLobby - Hotel & Gastro Talks has just concluded at the Forum Lab of the Gastronomic Forum Barcelona. The new professional meeting, promoted by Food Design Company and celebrating its first edition, brought together some of the main players in the hotel, gastronomy and premium cocktail industry from all over Spain.
