The Royal Spanish Academy still does not recognise "brava" as a sauce in its dictionary. For this reason, Choví has decided to take a step forward and present a formal petition to the RAE so that the word "brava" also includes its gastronomic meaning. And it is doing so hand in hand with the bars of Spain.
