FOS obligations
  • Provide the necessary service, attention, implementation and support directly to the end customer.
  • Keep you informed about relevant updates and changes to our products and services.
  • Ensure high quality technical support for you and your customers.
Reseller Obligations
  • Actively promote our solutions and services within established guidelines.
  • Coordinate with FOS to resolve incidents and maintain fluid communication with customers.
  • Protect the confidentiality of information shared during collaboration.

Conditions
To become a "Prime Partner" you will need to acquire your first 3 customers from your personal consultant.
In order to maintain the economic conditions of "Prime Partner", a minimum of 5 customers per year must be achieved.

**Subscription fees shall be valid for the first year of the contract with the end customer.

Prime Partner Conditions
Get the first 10 clients in the first year together with a personal consultant.

Maintain a minimum of 5 new customers per year to maintain the economic conditions of the programme.

In case of failure to meet the targets, it is possible to regain the status by reaching 10 additional new customers.

**Subscription commissions will be valid for the first year of the contract with the end customer.
